Pemerintah harus kebut revisi UU Penyiaran, dengan kerjasama DPR
VIVA.co.id - Executive Director Indonesia ICT Institute, Heru Sutadi, angkat bicara terkait pembatalan peraturan tentang TV digital. Ia mengemukakan, pemerintah harus berkolaborasi dengan DPR, sebelum mengajukan banding terhadap putusan Pengadilan Tata Usana Negara.
Disebutkan, kolaborasi itu terkait dengan perbaikan Undang-Undang Penyiaran 32 Tahun 2002. sebab menurutnya saat ini undang-undang tersebut belum spesifik terhadap digitalisasi.
"Dengan merevisi undang-undang tersebut, sehingga tidak ada keraguan kembali untuk mengarah ke TV digital," kata dia saat dihubungi VIVA.co.id, Senin, 9 Maret 2015.

Dijelaskan, TV digital merupakan era yang dapat dimanfaatkan agar frekuensi menjadi efisiensi konten, salah satunya video on demand. Apalagi, Indonesia telah setuju untuk beralih ke TV digital.

Mantan anggota Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia (BRTI) ini menambahkan, dengan bekerjasama dengan DPR, maka undang-undang tersebut akan rampung, sebelum pemerintah mengajukan banding.

"Kalau merujuk dari dua kali masa sidang, maka tidak mungkin Indonesia akan mempunyai undang-undang baru tentang penyiaran, sebelum banding selesai," ucap dia.

Diketahui sebelumnya, PTUN Jakarta mengabulkan gugatan Asosiasi Televisi Jaringan Indonesia (ATJVI) pada Kamis kemarin. Hasil PTUN Jakarta tersebut telah mengugurkan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 22 Tahun 2011 tentang Penyelenggaraan TV Digital.

Revoke rules Digital TV, this expert advice to the Government

The government should speed up revision of the Broadcasting Act, with the cooperation of the House.

VIVA.co.id - Executive Director of Indonesian ICT Institute, Heru Sutadi, spoke to revoke the regulations on digital TV. He argues, the government should collaborate with the House of Representatives, before appeal against the decision of the State Administrative Court Usana.
Mentioned, the collaboration related to the improvement of the Broadcasting Act 32 of 2002 because he thinks this time the law is not specific to digitization.
"By revising the law, so there is no doubt return to lead to digital TV," he said when contacted VIVA.co.id, Monday, March 9, 2015.

Explained, digital TV is an era that can be exploited in order to be efficient frequency content, one video on demand. Moreover, Indonesia has agreed to switch to digital TV.

Former member of the Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Body (BRTI) is added, in cooperation with the Parliament, then the law will be completed, before the government appealed.
