JAKARTA. PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) mengaku bisnis siaran televisinya tak terganjal putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) yang membatalkan aturan mengenai siaran televisi (TV) digital. Pasalnya, saat ini pemasukan iklan ke perusahaan dilihat dari jangkauan siaran analog bukan digital.

"Bisnis tidak terlalu terganggu karena pengiklan lihatnya coverage analog, bukan digital," ujar Sekretaris Perusahaan VIVA Neil Tobing kepada KONTAN, Jumat (6/3).

Dia menambahkan, perseroan akan terus berinvestasi memasang pemancar, sistem dan teknologi siaran digital di wilayah yang dimenanginya. Menurut Neil, putusan dari PTUN ini masih belum bisa dieksekusi.

"Putusan belum inkracht jadi belum bisa dieksekusi. Lebih baik kita tunggu langkah hukum yang akan dilakukan Kominfo," katanya. Dia bilang, perlu bagi pebisnis untuk mendapatkan kepastian hukum yang jelas.

Adapun, untuk wilayah yang sudah dipasang sistem dan pemancar digital, tetap akan dilakukan uji coba.  Asal tahu saja, perseroan menggelontorkan dana investasi senilai Rp 300 miliar untuk TV digital. Sekedar informasi, lewat TvOne, perusahaan menang tender tv digital di DKI Jakarta dan Banten, Jawa Tengah dan DI Yogyakarta, dan Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Selatan. Sementara, lewat ANTV, perusahaan menang di Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara dan Aceh.
